Blaze spawn

Made my blaze farm on survival1 and placed 7 spawners but blazes won't spawn

It's dark enough for spawn, what could be the problem?

Where are the spawners? xd. maybe it's an adjustment, something with the spawnregeneration I guess??

Did you made it in the nether or the normal world? Cause there are a few bugs in the nether and I don't know if this bug also belong there.
